Dawn Patrol #14: Alex and Hank

Meet Alex and Hank — a Doberman/Great Dane mix, known as a Doberdane, with the kind of presence that turns heads the second he hits the sand. Alex found Hank on Craigslist as a puppy, all the way out in Perris, California. He was the last pup left in the litter. Alex drove straight up to get him, and the moment he saw him, that was it — love at first sight, no question. Hank and Alex liked Dog Beach so much that they ended up moving from Los Angeles to Huntington Beach, just to make the morning walk a five-minute drive instead of a once-in-a-while trip. Now it's Dog Beach every single day, rain or shine, sunrise after sunrise. After the beach, the two of them head home and just hang out — couch time, quiet time, the kind of easy companionship you only get with a dog who's been there since day one. They go everywhere together. Truly best friends, through and through. This is what Dog Beach is for. 🌊🐾
